FREE – Enjoy the annual Christmas Tree Lighting at the courtyard of the Toms River Town Hall. Magic 100.1 hosts the event; live musical entertainment, horse & buggy rides, elf balloonist and Victorian Lady handing out candy canes. Santa arrives by fire truck - available for photos. 732-341-8738.
